The Health Benefits Trust offers Vision Signature Plan (VSP) vision plans.
These plans provide affordable benefits with a larger provider network and expansive eyewear choices. There are basic, premier, and premier plus plan options, and employers are able to offer more than one plan option to employees.

Each employee can sign up for portal access to view their ID cards, claims and find an in-network provider.
