Medical benefits are administered by MedCost.
Members have the flexibility to choose providers and facilities that are included in MedCost’s large provider network. Qualified High Deductible Health Plans and Medical Employer Reimbursement Plans are also available and can be customized to meet your employer group’s coverage needs. HBT contracts with MedCost for the use of their MedCost networks in North Carolina and South Carolina, and their Virginia Health Network in Virginia. First Health Network networks are used for members traveling outside these areas.
